WARRANTY
- Duro-Last is recognized by the industry as having the most comprehensive warranty. The warranty is inflation-proof and does not limit its coverage to the original material or installation costs. The warranty does not exclude ponding water, animal fat, or incidental and consequential damages. For example, if the Duro-Last roof fails to perform as a result of faulty material or of its workmanship, Duro-Last Roofing Inc. will not only repair or replace the roof, but extends the coverage to include the building and its contents within the terms of the warranty.
- Labor and Materials - When it's a Duro-Last roof, for covered repairs and even replacement you pay nothing for material or labor
- Ponding Water - Does not exclude ponding water. Positive drainage, always a good practice, is not always possible because of the building design.
- Warranty Transfer - Completely transferable, at no charge, to a new owner.
- Manufacturer's Warranty - Straight from the company that has manufactured over 600 million square feet of roofing membrane since 1978. And it is in addition to any warranty your roofing contractor may provide.
- No Charge - Included at no additional charge.
- Maintenance - Does not require any costly investment in a maintenance program. Regular common sense attention to building maintenance just adds to your Duro-Last roof investment.
